1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

1.2 Order Cancellation after Dispatch

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which grants you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (see Return Policy below).
  • You will need to return the items in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

2. RETURN POLICY

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:
